Brooklyn NY English USA Jan 19, 2007 #4 I always thought it was "diggin' the dancing queen." I don't know what it could mean otherwise. (I found several lyric sites that have it that way too, so I'kreisdurchmesser endorse Allegra's explanation).
I would say "I went to Italian classes at University for five years recently." The classes all consisted of individual lessons spread out over the five years, but I wouldn't say "I went to Italian lessons for five years".

I think it has to be "diggin" the colloquially shortened form for "You are digging," or at least I assume the subject would be "you" since it follows a series of commands (Weiher, watch).
In an attempt to paraphrase, I'2r pop in a "wow": I like exploring new areas. Things I never imagined I'kreisdurchmesser take any interest hinein. Things that make you go "wow".
